This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Saharsa (Mahila) P.S. Case No.44 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 354-A, 354-C, 354-D, 509, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, under sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act and under sections 67 and 67-B of the I.T. Act.

The petitioner and the victim were in relationship. The victim is a minor. When the victim stopped talking to the petitioner, the petitioner started making photographs of the victim viral and also posted dirty comments on the Facebook and because of which, the victim stopped going to school and coaching.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after the victim is examined during trial on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Saharsa / concerned Court, in connection with Saharsa (Mahila) P.S. Case No.44 of 2023.

The petitioner will cooperate in the trial after his release.
