2. In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No.267 of 2024, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner and other coaccused persons, who were variously armed, came to the land of the informant which was being irrigated by the informant and his family members and they assaulted them. A number of persons from the informant's side received injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The informant has made altogether 13 persons as accused.

No.12590 of 2025(2) dt.19-05-2025 2/3 Though the informant has levelled specific allegation against some of the accused persons, but there is no material against the petitioner to show his involvement. The present case is counterblast of Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024 which was registered under Section 364A/34 IPC by this petitioner against the son of the informant and in order to put pressure on the petitioner, the present false case has been lodged. The learned counsel further submits that two co-accused persons with specific allegation have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4276 of 2025. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is having antecedent of one case.
5. Learned APP opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. The learned APP submits that the petitioner and other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the case and counter case of the parties and further considering the vague and non-specific nature of allegation against the petitioner and also considering grant of anticipatory bail to the

No.12590 of 2025(2) dt.19-05-2025 3/3 other co-accused persons, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court concerned within a period of eight weeks from today, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No.267 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS and other following conditions:
(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned trial court.
