Mr. Raj Kishore Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50320 of 2017.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2016 and there is no such substantive progress in the trial.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

No.18401 of 2019(3) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 However, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as expeditiously as possible, however, in spite of that if the petitioner remains in custody for three years, he is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
