Accordingly, these writ applications are being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the appellate authority by filing statutory appeal. If such appeal is filed within a period of three weeks then let the same be considered and disposed of on its own merit and in accordance with law.
Let no coercive step be taken against the petitioners for removal from the plot concerned till expiry of four weeks. Thereafter, the petitioners would be at liberty to make a prayer for interim relief in that appeal itself which should be considered by the appellate authority on its own merit and in accordance with law.
