The petitioner is accused in connection with Kashichak (Shahpur) P.S. Case No. 61/2016 registered under Section 498(A), 341, 323, 504 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Accusation is torture of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfilling of demand of dowry and ousting her from matrimonial home and also snatching her personal belongings.

Submission is that petitioner who is husband of the informant and his family members have falsely been implicated in this case due to misunderstanding of the informant and the

Learned counsel for the informant submits that she is ready to live with her husband petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Kashichak (Shahpur) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Ravi/- U T
