2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 28.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 54083/2021 (Annexure-1).

3. The trial court report reveals that after taking cognizance on 22.09.2021, all the accused persons appeared before the trial court, except co-accused Rangila Devi, against whom, bailable warrant of arrest has been issued on 15.03.2023 and as such, the case is pending for evidence.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production
