The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of outraging the modesty of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of dispute of the petitioner with the husband of the informant the allegation has been levelled and injury has been found to be simple.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8258 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 229 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Siwan. With this observation, the application is disposed off.
