Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 307/427/379/504 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in the F.I.R. is that for land dispute the petitioner caused injury with spear at the leg of Bhola Rai. Submission of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case and petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
