This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barauli P.S. Case No. 191 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act, 1955.

In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and considering the nature of case, this is fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
