2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

3. As per the prosecution case, 18 litres of illicit liquor was recovered from the open field and 10 litres of illegal country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of co-accused Vijay Ram.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery and criminal antecedents of similar nature, this pre-arrest bail petition is dismissed.
