For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Dr. Alok Kumar Alok, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Smt. Suman Kumari Singh, APP. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 This is an application for bail in connection with Mithanpura P.S.Case No. 237 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 377 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no injury on the person of the injured and they have compromised the case also.
Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.
Having heard both sides and considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and the offence is not compoundable, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Learned Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within one year.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7045 of 2017 (3) dt.21-02-2017 2/2 With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
