Patna High Court MJC No.5054 of 2018(9) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 documents. It is evident that order of this Court dated 07.05.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1374 of 2017 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 2167 of 2017 have been complied in completing departmental inquiry and so also penalty has been imposed on the petitioner on 31.01.2019.
2. Hence, the present M.J.C. - Contempt petition stands dropped.
