2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for direction to the authority concerned not to make disturbance over the land in question where the petitioners and their family being landless Mahadalit persons have been residing since Zamindari system by acquiring the land through settlement made by the Ex-land Lord and further for restraining the private Respondents from making hindrance over the Land in question

Patna High Court CWJC No.16012 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 claiming to be purcha holder."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he/heirs shall be approaching the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Aurangabad in next four weeks.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner/heirs to approach the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Aurangabad in four weeks who shall be hearing/noticing all the relevant parties and shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
