JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2021 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioner No. 5 (Parmeshwar Thakur). Permitted to be withdrawn.

It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner No. 5.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 345/2020 registered for the offences

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21951 of 2021(3) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 punishable under Sections 341/323/504/307/325//34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations, nature of injuries and the counter case and also there is land dispute between the parties, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-9, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 345/2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
