JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondents especially the District Education Officer, Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan and Block Education Extension Officer, Baniapur-1 to make payment of arrears of salary for the period January, 2016 to July, 2017 in view of the order dated 16.05.2018 passed by the District Teachers' Appellate Authority, Chapra, Saran.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan and Block Education Extention Officer, Baniapur-1 to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid order

Patna High Court CWJC No.410 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 dated 16.05.2018 passed by the District Teachers' Appellate Authority, Chapra, Saran and take a decision with regard to payment of arrears of salary for the period January, 2016 to July, 2017 and onward within a period of twelve weeks from today. In order to expedite the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce certified copy of the present order before the District Education Officer, Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan and Block Education Extention Officer, Baniapur-1 within a period of two weeks from today.
