JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is covered by a judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 4776-4777 of 2017 (Mukesh & Anr. vs. the State of Bihar & ors) dated 03.04.2017. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 4 shall examine the case of the petitioners and take a final decision.
