The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 510 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-324, 325, 307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to give sword blow to one injured, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 510 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned court stands rejected.
