The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 299 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a)/41(i) (ii)/47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
