For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar Ojha For the Respondent/s : Mr. AC to GP 1 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-03-2016 The writ application has remained academic now especially when the panel has expired on 13.2.2016 and which has not been extended any further, which is the stand of the respondents in their counter affidavit. It is of significance that the panel in any way was constituted way back on 13.2.2014 and was extended twice over, which also is debatable whether it could be done in the very first place or not. Since the matter is academic now, the Court is not inclined to go into the issue so raised.
Writ is dismissed.
