This is an application for bail in connection with Barahiya P.S.Case No. 57 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that only on the basis of suspicion petitioner has been implicated in this case and, as a matter of fact, it is a case of love affairs and the main accused is still absconding along with the victim and petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2016.
Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that in the whole case diary the name of the petitioner has come in kidnapping the victim. Having heard both sides and considering the facts and
