The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No.772 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 448, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner no.1, namely, Alok Yadav.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory

So far as petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, namely, Kalyani Devi, Narayan Yadav and Gunja Devi @ Gunjan Devi are concerned, considering the prosecution case and the nature of injury sustained by the injured and petitioner nos. 2 and 4 are ladies, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, namely, Kalyani Devi, Narayan Yadav and Gunja Devi @ Gunjan Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No.772 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
