JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Pasraha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-25(i-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that fire-arm has been recovered from possession of Manjesh Yadav. The said Manjesh Yadav took the name of petitioner. There is no recovery of fire-arm from possession of the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the said Manjesh Yadav has been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 19-01-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1774 of 2017.

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13069 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Khagaria subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
