2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this application is being filed for issuance of direction commanding upon the respondents to give directions/order to take fresh measurement/re-measurement of the petitioner who has appeared in selection of Lady Police

Patna High Court CWJC No.7011 of 2021 dt.09-02-2022 2/2 Constable on 15.01.2021 in Bihar Military Police/ Special Indian Reserve Police, Bihar State Industrial Security Guard Physical test in the light of Advertisement no. 02/2019. In the said physical verification her height has been shown low but she fulfill the require criteria."

3. Perusal of the petition, sufficient material has not been placed on record so as to issue direction to the concerned authority for undertaking fresh physical measurement for selection and appointment to the post of Lady Police Constable which is stated to have been held on 15.01.2021.

4. The Chairman for Constable Selection Board through the S.P., Patna Bihar is hereby directed to furnish details of the physical measurement/physical efficiency test report of the petitioner and furnish within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order. He is also hereby directed to verify whether is there any provision for fresh physical efficiency test could be undertaken or not. In this regard also a communication be made to the petitioner.
