The petitioner is accused in connection with Dehri (Dalmianagar) P.S. Case No. 497 of 2016, registered under Sections 461 and 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of Kamlesh Singh, except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 12.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6225 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri (Dalmianagar) P.S.
