JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354(A), 379, 448, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioners is of snatching Rs.10,000/- from the pocket of the informant and further allegation of assault against other accused persons. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no allegation of assault against these petitioners and there is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that other co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Chandauti P.S.
