2. Vide a detailed order dated 19.06.2023, the petitioner was granted provisional bail for a period of six months.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.06.2023, the petitioner along with opposite party no.2 has gone to his sasaural and lived there for ten days and thereafter went to do his work.

4. Per contra, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that opposite party no.2 had filed a Maintenance Case No.8 of 2018, which was decided on 06.01.2020 and the

No.10417 of 2020(15) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 learned Principal Judge has directed to pay Rs.5000/- per month but the petitioner is not paying the maintenance amount and till now only Rs.30,000/- has been paid to her. He further submits that petitioner has solemnized second marriage with one Punam Devi.

5. Learned counsel for petitioner, on the aforesaid submission, submits that petitioner has filed a quashing application against the order dated 06.01.2020 before this Court.

6. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.06.2023 is hereby confirmed and this application is disposed of.
