The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 369 of 2006, registered under Sections 409, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that complainant Smt. Renu Singh being the CMD of I.D.O Construction and Industries (India) Ltd. got 48.92 Acres of land on lease for 30 years for extraction to the State of Bihar. Some persons under conspiracy opened a fake company in the name of her company establishing the office and also got loan of Rs. 8,50,000/- to PAX of which the petitioner was Chairman in collusion with 16 other persons mentioned in the F.I.R. and company also collected Rs. 60,0000/- on the pretext to provide employment.

No.7370 of 2017 (5) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being the Chairman of Co-operative Bank Limited has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 17.10.2016. Further submission is that after investigation, Chargesheet has been submitted and charge has also been framed against the petitioner and others.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S.
