JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.04.2018 issued by the President, Wrestling Federation of India by which the affiliation of Bihar Wrestling Association has though been accorded but the earlier association wherein the petitioner was the Secretary, has been dissolved.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.52 of 2019(2) dt.23-06-2022 2/2 submits that the term of the office bearer of the erstwhile Bihar Wrestling Association was in any case to expire in the year 2018, however, he is not aware whether fresh election has been held or not, hence appropriate direction be issued in this regard. Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 8 has submitted that after the year 2018 fresh elections have already been held.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with an observation that in case the elections have not already been held, the same be held in accordance with law. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
