The learned counsel submitted that there is some typographical mistake in page 1 of the order sheet dated 11.01.2016 while disposing of this writ application. The learned counsel pointed out that in place of Sub Judge VII, wrongly it has been typed as Sub Judge III and likewise, in place of Title Suit No.104 of 2009, it has wrongly been typed as 107 of 2009 in second paragraph and likewise, in third paragraph i.e. the last line of the page no.1 in place of signature of the defendant No.1, it has wrongly been typed as signature of the plaintiff. Perused the record.

It appears that these are typing mistakes and, therefore, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 11.01.2016 is hereby corrected.
