2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 334 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 354, 354(A) and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner used to threaten the informant and used to follow the informant's grand daughter studying in class-9 while she attended school. On 25.10.2022 at about 01.30 A.M. he forcibly broke open the door of the informant's house and entered in the room of the girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2022. He further

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the age and period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 334 of 2022 subject to conditions that:- 7(i). The petitioner will not enter in his village during trial.

7(ii). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Bathnaha Police Station on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
