JUSTICE VIKASH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-07-2026 Heard Sri Jai Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Subodh Kumar, learned AC to SC26 State and Sri, Anand Kumar, learned Advocate appearing for Bihar State Housing Board.

The petitioner in the present writ application has filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing to the concerned respondents to allot vacant Plot No. 8L/170 at Bahadurpur, Patna in lieu of allotment of Plot no. 5L/30 at Digha, Patna which was allotted to the father of the petitioner namely Late Ramji Prasad Mandal by the Bihar State

Patna High Court CWJC No.3313 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 Housing Board, Patna. Further a writ in the nature of mandamus may issue commanding and directing to the respondent concerned to hand over the possession of a Plot/piece of land to the petitioner in Bahadurpur Area in L.I.G. category. And for the other necessary relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to in accordance with law.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar State Housing Board that counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Board. From perusal, it appears that consideration of two allottees have been brought on record.

4. The petitioner has filed the representation dated 17.01.2025 which has not been considered till date.

5. The Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, respondent No- 3, is directed take appropriate action with respect to disposal of the representation dated 17.01.2025, filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from this order.

6. Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of.
