Even without going into the merit of Annexure-5, dated 18.06.2012, which is the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, Samastipur, no appointment on the post of a Panchayat Teacher is required to be made, especially with regard to any left over vacancy etc. for the 2008 appointments, since the rule of the game has changed.

A person, who has not passed the Teachers Eligibility Test, can not be permitted or directed to be appointed as a Teacher under the State.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7306 of 2014 dt.25-04-2016 In view of the above, the expectation and prayer of the petitioner is futile.

Writ application is dismissed. No interference is warranted with Annexure-5.
