The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.124 of 2015 registered under Sections 364, 366(A) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that Sudha Kumari, the daughter of the complainant/informant, Birendra Singh, aged about 15 years, had gone to the house of the co-accused Shaurav Kumar for tuition in the evening of 04.09.2015 but she did not return. In course of her search, when the informant reached at the house of the coaccused, Shaurav Kumar, he found his house locked and the coaccused Shaurav Kumar and his parents absent. Thereafter, when

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9774 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 the informant returned to his house, he found ornaments and cash, kept in a box, missing from there.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner is the mother of the prime accused Shaurav Kumar and has falsely been implicated in this case with an ulterior motive without having the hands with co-accused Shaurav Kumar in the kidnapping of the daughter of the informant.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri K.L. Yadav, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.124 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
