Its an open court dictation, therefore, petitioner has not pointed out then and there itself as to what is the error committed while passing order on 11.01.2024. That apart, even though Advocate on Record is same whereas another counsel has been engaged to address the

Mr. Alok Kumar Sinha, counsel who is addressing the present civil review was not present on 11.01.2024 the date on which CWJC No. 19874 of 2019 was decided so as to understand what was transpired in the court proceedings. Moreover, the grounds in support of review is with reference to order sheet dated 11.05.2023. Order dated 11.05.2023 merges with the final order dated 11.01.2024. Therefore, Civil Review is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, the present Civil Review No. 64 of 2024 stands dismissed.
