2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 766/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of riding a stolen motorcycle.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 24.09.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 766/2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14879 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 Chapra Muffasil police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
