JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court by order dated 13.02.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 50565 of 2016 granting liberty him to renew his prayer after framing of charge vide annexure 1 and now the charge has been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19119 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016, S.T. No. 66 of 2017.
