JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Balia (Parihara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2002, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 and 2 is father in law and mother in law of the deceased and petitioner no. 3 is their neighbour and allegation against them and others is of causing dowry death of the deceased.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Balia (Parihara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2002, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
