The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.- 592 of 2020, registered under Sections 342, 120(B), 366(A), 370, 372, 373, 376, 376(D), 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 of I.P.T. Act and sections 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act sections 76/26 of the J.J. Act.

In view of the allegation levelled against this petitioner during investigation, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to this petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of this petitioner stands rejected.
