The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing letter No. MD.Com/Bedroll/Garib Rath/09 dated 16.12.2011 as contained in Annexure-2 by which the application dated 28.01.2011 and letter dated 01.08.2011 contained inAnnexure-11 for refund of security money and performance guarantee money deposited with regard to contract/agreement for supply of bed rolls in 2353/2354
Patna High Court CWJC No.5376 of 2012 (3) dt.02-05-2016 Rajendra Nagar-Nizamuddin Garib Rath was rejected by the respondent authorities without passing any reasoned order.
3. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take steps for redressal of his grievances through the forum of arbitration.
4. Having regard to the nature of prayer, the same is allowed and the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
