The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kankarbag P. S. Case No.1073 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence, as the name of the petitioner has transpired during investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) kanchan/- U T
