====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that the informant due to some misunderstanding in family, left her house. She came to Muzaffarpur station where some persons misbehaved with her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07-12-2017. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner is a lady. She has given birth to a child in judicial custody. The child needs to be taken care of. The child is also in jail along with this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of XIVth Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 210 of 2018 arising out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1039 of 2017.
