2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 444 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 504, 506, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is the cousin father-in-law and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons.

5. Petitioner is in jail since 15.10.2023.

6. Considering the general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 444 of 2023.
