Learned counsel appearing for the aforesaid Singal Yadav submits that the show-cause of Singal Yadav has already been filed through e-mail. Hard copy of the show-cause is being filed before this Court today.

Learned counsel for the aforesaid Singal Yadav submits that Cr. Misc. No.18436 of 2020 was filed under misconception and, as a matter of fact, the bail petition of Sharma Yadav was to be filed, but due to mistake of concerned

No.18436 of 2020 was filed on behalf of Lalan Yadav and that is the reason, the earlier rejection order could not be mentioned at Para-3 of the petition. The explanation as placed on behalf of Singal Yadav is found satisfactory and, accordingly, it is accepted. The aforesaid Singal Yadav be produced before the learned Registrar General of this Court today and, thereafter, Singal Yadav be released. The learned Registrar General should take steps for compliance of order of this Court today itself. In view of the aforesaid fact, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
