This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of assault is agbainst co-accused, Abhimanyu Kumar and Abhishek Kumar. The assault was allegedly committed on the exhortation of this petitioner. The investigation is already complete in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016 G.R. No. 3113 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the
