JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in committing loot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2018.

Considering the fact the petitioner has remained in custody for nine months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I,
