The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant was administered poison by her husband, this petitioner and petitioner's wife. They took the victim to the hospital but she could not survive.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on suspicion the accusation has been levelled and from own admission of the informant it appears that the medical assistance was provided by the petitioner, his wife and husband of the victim. The victim died after ten years of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7236 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 marriage having two children. The petitioner claims to be separate from the victim.
Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U P.S.
