In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No.379 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that at the instance of the petitioner, the husband of the informant had gone to 'Jungal' for the purpose of hunting and, thereafter, the dead body of the husband of the informant was found having firearm injury in the forest.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is
