JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6/10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner of having appeared in the examination in place of his own brother, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner,
