The petitioner is accused in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the FIR that on the basis of Fradbeyan of informant, Shyam Kumar, Rajauli P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019 was instituted against unknown on 16.09.2019 but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of information of spy and thereafter, his confessional statement was recorded. Further submission is that later on, Bipin Kumar and Mukund Kumar were also apprehended and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10181 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 on whose confessional statement, looted truck was recovered. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.10.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
