The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 290, 504 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 37(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 340 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and petitioner was found in drunken condition.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house, which is in joint possession of the family. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.02.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 28 of 2022.
